Schedule change this week:
This week the students will be face to face on Monday. Tuesday, the students are to stay at home for virtual tutoring. Wednesday - Friday classes will be regular face to face/virtual as a normal day.
Monday classes will be taking a formative assessment over standard SS8H4. If you were absent on Friday of last week, you need to make up the formative assessment that you missed. The assessment is located on CTLS under the assessment tab titled SS8H4 Westward Expansion.
This week we will continue Unit 3 Conflict & Change. The standard we will be learning has to do with the events leading to the Civil War - SS8H5. Power Point notes, video clips, pictures and class discussions will be used to promote full understanding of this standard.
